In her over 20 years of family law practice, Staci has effectively, and tactfully, negotiated and litigated complex dissolutions and parentage actions that involve challenging/upholding prenuptial agreements; complex property division involving privately held companies, professional practices, and business valuations; income analysis for purposes of child and spousal support related to executive compensation, limited partnership income, restricted stock, and trust income; undue influence/breach of fiduciary duty claims; domestic violence restraining orders; domestic and international child custody jurisdiction disputes; high conflict custody issues including child relocation (“move-aways”); and prosecuting contempt.

Staci is a Certified Family Law Specialist. Since 2017, Staci has served on Faculty for the Rutter Group’s California Family Law Report. Past courses include “Effective Strategies for Litigating Child Custody in Contested Domestic Violence Cases” (2017); “Family Law From the Experts: Trial Advocacy in Child Custody Cases from Initial RFO to Trial to Post-Judgment RFO” (2020); and Advanced Family Law Course (Parentage and Domestic Violence) (2019-present).

Since 2020, Staci has been named to the Northern California Super Lawyers List. In 2017, Staci was a recipient of the James P. Preovolos Award (San Francisco Bar Association). In 2013, Staci was named to the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars List. In 2011, the California Legislature Assembly and Chinese Consulate of San Francisco recognized Staci for her work on an international child abduction case. Staci received her J.D. from University of Texas at Austin and B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles.
